On January 18, 2018, the leadership of Ho Chi Minh City Open University had a ceremony to award scholarships for “Online Bachelor’s Degree Training Program” to the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc at the hall of the Provincial People’s Committee.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Participation in the ceremony, on the side of local authorities, there were Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Ho Trong Duong – Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Mr. Phan Xuan Linh – Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee. On the side of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, there were Mr. Vu Huu Duc – Vice-Rector in charge of the school, Ms. Phan Thi Ngoc Thanh – Director, and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thong – Deputy Director of the Online Training Center.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Binh Phuoc Provincial People’s Committee discussed educational development in the local region.<\/p>\r\n

During the meeting, the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City Open University shared their desire to support training and improve the quality of human resources in the locality through the University’s online training model.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated the values \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bthe University has brought to the people of Binh Phuoc province in the past. He hoped that both units will continue to exchange and agree on training cooperation programs suitable to local needs, especially online training programs in the near future.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
