The online bachelor course 1/2019 entrance ceremony – Look forward to a blooming year
On the morning of 31 March, 2019, HCMC Open University – ELO celebrated the Entrance Ceremony of the Online Bachelor Program Course 1/2019 at the school’s headquarters, 97 Vo Van Tan St, Ward 6, District 3, HCM City. The Participants of the Ceremony were Associate Professor – Vice Rector Vu Huu Duc, Doctor Phan Thi Ngoc Thanh – Director of ELO, ELO’s faculty and the freshmen of this course.
The mission of HCMC Open University is contributing to studying and development of the society through transferring knowledge by using the most flexible and obtainable means. ELO Center continued implementing the Online Bachelor Program through the entrance ceremony. At the ceremony, Associate Professor Vu Huu Duc – Vice Rector of HCMC Open University highlighted the importance of using advanced technology in teaching and investing in infrastructure to provide best supports to learners’ self-learning and self-researching.
With nine fields of training and more than two years of operating, the Online Bachelor Program has had more than 2000 students. As an honor representative of more than 200 new students of course I, Mss. Tran Ngoc Dieu Linh-a new student of English language said: “I realized that I needed to enhance my knowledge and skills on English Language to have a better career. After searching, I knew that this was a prestigious program which had flexible learning mode and thus that was the best choice for me. I will get the degree when I graduate. Hence, I decided to register.”
