The opening ceremony of Online Bachelor’s Degree Program via distance learning of the course 01/2018
On the morning of April 1, 2018, at the headquarters, the eLearning Center – Ho Chi Minh City Open University successfully held the opening ceremony of the Online Bachelor’s Degree Program via distance learning of the course 01/2018.
In the welcome speech, Assoc. Prof. Ph.D. Nguyen Minh Ha – Vice-Rector of the university sent a message to new students: “The university will always keep track of your studies in order to provide timely support and solve difficulties with you. However, you need to try your best to achieve the expected results. I really hope that you will make great efforts to fulfill your initial goals and aspirations. Hopefully, you will have a good time studying at Ho Chi Minh City Open University.”

On behalf of nearly 300 new students, Ms. Huynh Truc Mai – a new student of the Online Bachelor’s Degree Program in Business Administration of the course 01/2018 expressed: “For me, online learning, which is a new training method applying technology to education, would have potential in the future. This training method is suitable for those who are working, busy with their work and family, unable to arrange their time to attend classes, but still want to broaden their knowledge to improve themselves. Learners can flexibly arrange their study time and be able to study anytime and at any place. The prestige and quality of the university, thoughtful preparation, specific advice, and dedicated guidance are the factors that help me make the decision to study the online bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration at the eLearning Center – Ho Chi Minh City Open University.”
After 2 years of operation, the online training program has received trust and appreciation from the students who are studying the online program of the university and attracted great interest from the social community. Nearly 1,000 students have participated in the school’s online training program so far.
The online bachelor’s degree program is implementing some majors, such as Business Administration, Human Resource Management, International Business, Accounting, Auditing, Finance – Banking, English Language, Law, and Economic Law.
